Solicitud de Aclaración de la sentencia T-017/12.
La peticionaria solicitó de manera concreta que, en la parte resolutiva de la sentencia de la referencia se aclare que el reintegro allí ordenado se hace sin solución de continuidad, toda vez que en la parte motiva de la providencia se señala que no había solución de continuidad entre el pago de los salarios y el pago de la pensión.
La Sala decide NEGAR por improcedente la solicitud impetrada, toda vez que lo pretendido por la memorialista no es una aclaración sino una adición de la sentencia.
